After over 20 years of bartending on Maui and Oahu—most memorably at the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea—I’ve learned that the best cocktails are simple, natural, and beautiful. Traditionally made with citrus vodka, Chambord (French raspberry liqueur), and fresh lemon, we’ve taken this classic and elevated it with the perfect balance of orange, hibiscus, and liliko‘i for a tropical twist.
